The Wal-Mart Dummy FoP

Wooden refrigerator magnets with strips of three dummy stamps without denomination

They were sold by Wal-Mart retail stores during Daffy Duck Day (17 April 1999), a promotion by the U.S. Postal Service in partnership with Warner. Bros and Wal-Mart.
The stamps were sold in strips of three in small mail boxes (meant to be stamp dispensers) with a magnet attached to the back. The mail boxes have one of three stamps pictured on the side: 33¢ Daffy Duck, 33¢ Bugfs Bunny, or 33¢ Sylvester & Teety.
Stamps and mailboxes were manufactured in China. The dummy stamps have no denomination and tagging. They cannot be removed from the backing paper without sigificantly being damaged.
