Stampless letters from 1950 to 1970

Besides these there are many stampless Post Office letters on the market.

Philatelic Sundries

Many stampless covers were sent by Condominium institutions. For a nearly complete list of their cachets you might want to buy Bill Holland's New Hebrides Official Cachets/Nouvelles Hebrides Cachets Officiels here at the Pacific Islands Study Circle.

The "POSTE PAYEE / 10 CENTIMES D'OR" postmark

This postmark is very scarce - only these three covers are known - and there doesn't exist any research so far.

It is quite interesting that one of these is cancelled Port-Vila, the other two Santo. Was this cachet present at both post offices?
